Jim Cullen boasts nearly six decades of investment experience. His journey began in 1964 at Merrill Lynch’s then-new Wall Street office. He later contributed to two of Wall Street’s leading research firms, Spencer Trask & Co. and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette. Prior to his Wall Street tenure, Cullen served as a Navy officer aboard the USS Essex for four years, following his graduation from Seton Hall University.
In 1984, Cullen established Schafer Cullen Capital Management. The New York-based advisory firm currently oversees approximately $18 billion in assets and serves roughly 40,000 clients through separately managed and mutual fund accounts.
